Pricing details are available upon request, and we reserve the right to apply an interest rate of 8 percent per annum over the Bank of England Base rate, as well as reminder fees, debt collection fees, and other fees associated with enforcing our copyright and collecting late payments. Order Cancellation

Orders for prints can only be canceled at our discretion or by our representative once placed. Since our products are personalized, you cannot cancel your order once the products have been printed or manufactured. Additionally, products cannot be returned if no longer required.

Splitting Orders for Shipment

When an order contains multiple products with different production times, the overall production time will be based on the longest service time. The order will be dispatched only when all components are complete.

 

Post/Dispatch

We offer standard First Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery by Royal Mail, as well as delivery by selected courier companies. The quoted delivery price at checkout applies to UK postal addresses only. Worldwide delivery is available for an additional fee.

• First Class Recorded: Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times, but aims for next working day delivery. If a delivery has not arrived within this timeframe, you may need to wait as the Royal Mail suggests, "Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form (lost post claim form) as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed." We will assist as much as possible in such cases.

• Special Delivery/Courier: Special Delivery or courier services should ensure quick delivery after dispatch and offer online order tracking upon request. Mainland UK delivery takes place on the next working day after dispatch, while Northern and Southern Ireland delivery takes 48 hours (working days) after dispatch.

• Saturday Delivery: Unfortunately, Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed by our delivery partners.

 

Complaints Procedure If you have received a completed order that is faulty, please notify us via at artlammedia@icloud.com through our contact form.

 

Orders should be inspected upon receipt, and any defects must be reported to Allan on the next working day.

 

All faulty orders must be returned before a product is reproduced. Any resulting reprint will be at our discretion, and it may take the full standard production time.

 

Production Times

Our print partners strive to produce our products with some of the industry's quickest turnaround times. Each product has an estimated turnaround time, but this serves as an indication and not a guarantee of the actual lab processing time.

If factors beyond our reasonable control cause a delay, we will not be held responsible for any losses you may incur due to the delay. In many cases, orders will be dispatched more quickly than the allocated production time.
